My newest offering.....

Well I know it seems early, but the witches and ghosts are already making there presence known in the ebay world. I thought it time to create some myself.

Let me introduce you to Matilda and Hoot.

I had fun making this pair.

Hmmmm maybe next up a pumpkin gal? We shall see. It`s a good day to stay in and create. The weather here today will be rainy and quite dreary. So no excuses I must get myself to work!

Natures Beauty...

What a sight to be seen! I haven`t seen one of these since 9/11. The most beautiful rainbow filled the sky after that tradegy and I was blessed to see another. I had just gotten home from the grocery store and said to hubby how we haven`t had many sunshowers here the last few years(enjoying the one we we`re having) and when I got out of the car I looked up and saw this:

So beautiful isn`t it!

Tonights the night!

Oh the anticipation! So who do you all the think will end up the IDOL? I sooooo want to see David Cook win it, but I`m afraid to say that I think David A might steal it in the end :(

This is the first year that I have watched it all the way through. I must confess I`m one of those who like to see the comical ones in the beginning and then lose interest, but not this year!

Next I can`t wait for the Mole to begin. Have any of you ever seen that? I loved it and it has been a few years since they`ve aired so I`m real excited about that.

I did manage to get 2 new things listed before the big fianle tonight. Here`s a peek at them:

Cora Mae

and A snickerdoodle scented beeswax flicker candle.

Well get your popcorn ready and enjoy the show!

Yummo! Doesn`t this look delicious.

I just received the newest Rachael Ray magazine and thought I`d share this recipe with you all. I can`t wait to try it! Although the kids are having a breakdown..LOL Hmmm this could be used for punishment of sorts ;)

serves 4
1 eggplant sliced 1/2" thick
1 zucchini, sliced 1/2" thick on an angle
1 red bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
1 large portobello mushroom cap
1 red onion, sliced 3/4" thick
1/2 cup of evoo(extra virgin olive oil)
salt and pepper
6 ounces baby spinach
1/3 cup of pine nuts
2/3 cup of grated parmiagiano cheese
1 cup of store bought giardiniera (pickled vegetable salad)
1/2 cup pitted green olives
one 8 - 9 inch round loaf crusty bread
1/4 pound of provolone sliced.

Preheat grill or grill pan to med high. Lightly brush the eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, potobello and red onion with 1/4 cup evoo; season with salt and pepper.
Cover and grill, turning once, until charred, about 6 minutes.
2.Using food processor, puree the spinach, pine nuts and parmigiano Cheese:=; season with salt and pepper. With the machine on, drizzle in the remaining 1/4 cup EVOO. Transfer the pesto to a bowl. rinse the food processor.
3.Using the food processor, pulse the giardiniera and olives into a coarse relish.
4. Slice the top quarter off the bread and scoop out the insides. Spread 1/2 the pesto on the inside of the bread, layer with half of the grilled vegetables, then spoon the remaining pesto on top. Fill the bread with the remaining vegetables and top with the provolone. Spread the insidee of the bread top with the vegetables relish and set into place. Press down firmly, then cut into wedges.
Enjoy!

Phewww never thought saturday would get here!

Well we finally have a nice sunny day after a few days of rain it`s much appreciated! Hoping to get out there and plant some flowers in the beds. This is my favorite time of year!

Wanted to share a cute story. My 9 year old daughter Mackenzie was watching the God you tube I have posted. Some time passes and she comes up to me with arms crossed and says "so you know how I`m a tomboy, well God has a plan for me". I couldn`t help but laugh. She is so cute, but even more amazing was the time she must of spent reflecting on the video.

She`s too funny every year when picking out halloween costumes she goes right over to the boys side...LOL I try and bring her in the middle, but she`s not having it. She`s been a power ranger (the blue one as thats her favorite color), Dash from the incredibles, spiderman 2X and a swat officer. No ballet shoes or tutu for her..LOL
Gotta love her!

Would love to share a lil tidbit. The ebay group .KSGP is having a Day at the Circus launch. The listing date starts tomorrow sunday the 18th. Be sure to stop by and see all the wonderful creations that will be offered.
Heres a sneak peek at what I will be offering:

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Sunday evening.....

It`s been a long and productive weekend. I managed to finish up 2 dollies to be up for auction this evening on ebay. Here`s a sneak peek at them both.
First is Blessed Be Mary an Americana primitive:

and also Tabitha with her pet ants. Some like to carry their dolls around, but not Tabitha she brings along her pet ants ;)

I`ve also decided to start dabbling with paper clay. So today I went out and bought me some new supplies..woohoo! I`m really excited about getting started. I`ve been so inspired by the members of RagsToRichesDolls (r2rd) their work is so amazing. So wish me luck! If all goes well I`ll be having a new offering some time soon so be sure to keep checking back.
I still have five other dollies sitting here begging me to just stuff them ;)So that will be on the calendar for tomorrow.
Now it`s time to just sit back and relax for the rest of the evening.

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
