A new addition to the home...

We have added a new furbaby to our home. After looking at this handsome guy three seperate times hubby brought him home friday evening. His name is Junior and he is a 5 month old english mastiff. He was quite timid his first day here, but has warmed up greatly. He just loves to crawl into your lap and cuddle. We haven`t been able to formerly introduce him to Tank and Bella. He has kennel cough and is on antibiotics until it clears. So he is gated in the kitchen in the meantime. Don`t need to get the other 2 sick. He`s doing real well with housebreaking, but I really had no problems with the others either.
Just thought I`d share with you all what has kept me from crafting this week. Well also the kids and hubby being home on winter vacation ;)Hopefully I`ll be back at it monday.

For the Birds.......

Phew I was able to get one more dollie done and her pictures taken before the snow heads our way. If you would like to take a look at her you may find her on my ebay this evening. Tomorrow is supposed to bring with it 12-18" of snow to our area. I`m hoping the weatherman is wrong again as they were the last time, but if not the cupboards are stocked so no need for me to have to leave the house :) I sure hope the state of VA isn`t getting hit again. I know they had a whammy of snowfall this past week.

Looks like some snow will be heading our way.

If the weathermen are correct it looks like we may be getting 6" of snow friday into saturday. I`m not going to complain as I know other area`s are getting far more then we are here. I just keep humming to myself spring is coming, spring is coming... Oh how I love spring, the fresh air, the sound of birds chirping and the reving sounds of lawn mowers cutting fresh grass. I love watching the blooms break through the ground and start to blossom. Soon enough thats all I keep telling myself. I am like a bear and hibernate during the winter...I just don`t sleep through it although that would be nice..LOL

With much anticipation of spring I created some dolls in springlike colors and themes. They will be on my ebay this evening, but here`s a sneak peek.





Ok I must go get the chicken in the oven so the kiddo`s can eat....
